We are dedicated to delivering The New Soda Standard straight to your doorstep with Swiss precision, while maintaining strict compliance with Swiss quality and safety frameworks. Below you will find the complete rules governing your orders, shipments, delivery tracking, and damage claims.

1. Shipment Processing & Fulfillment Timeframes

  • All orders placed on drinkguut.com are systematically processed, quality-checked, and dispatched from our local fulfillment network within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Please note that orders are not processed, handed over to carriers, or delivered on Sundays or official Swiss cantonal and national public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected seasonal supply-chain updates, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant operational delay affecting your delivery window, our customer support team will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility Threshold

We offer reliable, transparent shipping across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping costs are calculated based on your total shopping cart value and are displayed explicitly before you finalize checkout:

  • One-Time Orders under 50 CHF: Standard shipping and handling fees apply (calculated and displayed at checkout).
  • One-Time Orders over 50 CHF: FREE Delivery automatically applied across Switzerland.
  • Monthly Subscription Deliveries: Every recurring monthly delivery cycle is subject to the same standard threshold. If your monthly subscription package value totals 50 CHF or more, your recurring delivery qualifies for FREE Shipping. Monthly subscription orders totaling under 50 CHF will carry our standard recurring shipping fee.

3. Delivery Estimates & Territorial Scope

  • Deliveries are strictly restricted to physical shipping addresses within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not process or dispatch international cargo shipments.
  • While we strive to execute delivery within our standard transit windows, all stated delivery dates or arrival estimates are strictly non-binding. Smart Beverages AG is not liable for structural delays caused by our external logistics partners (such as Swiss Post) or circumstances amounting to force majeure.

4. Partial Deliveries

  • Smart Beverages AG is explicitly authorized to execute partial deliveries if required to expedite order fulfillment (e.g., if a specific flavor profile is temporarily out of stock). In such events, any additional shipping, carrier, or packaging fees resulting from partial deliveries will be fully covered by us; the customer will only be billed the initial shipping fee calculated at checkout.

5. Drop Authorization (Leaving Packages at Your Door)

  • If you are not present at your home or specified shipping destination at the exact moment of courier arrival, our logistics infrastructure partners are authorized to deposit the package at your front door, apartment entrance, or a designated drop site specified in your checkout delivery instructions.
  • Important Risk Clause: In accordance with standard Swiss e-commerce benchmarks, the legal benefit and risk of the items pass to the customer immediately upon handover to the carrier. Smart Beverages AG excludes all liability for product theft, weather exposure, or container burstings once the package has been successfully deposited at your property perimeter by the courier.

6. Address Inaccuracies & Delivery Refusals

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, partial, or invalid shipping address inputted by the customer during checkout, the customer shall bear all additional carrier fees or administrative costs required to re-route or re-ship the items.
  • If a customer refuses to accept a delivery from the courier without an explicit, pre-approved reason, Smart Beverages AG reserves the right to terminate the contract, retain the items, and charge or deduct all resulting administrative expenses, transport fees, and return shipping costs from any applicable balance.

7. All Sales Are Final (No Voluntary Rights of Return)

  • Because our functional products are beverages meant for consumption, our refund and return parameters are strictly governed by Swiss food safety, public health, and ambient quality control standards.
  • In accordance with Swiss statutory law exceptions regarding the distance selling of food and beverages, there is no right of voluntary return, exchange, or cancellation for consumable goods if a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong flavor assortment, or dislikes a specific taste profile. All sales of our sleek 330ml functional beverage cans on drinkguut.com are final.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Erroneous Shipments

We maintain strict quality control and batch monitoring. If your shipment arrives physically damaged or structurally flawed, we will resolve it immediately.

  • Inspection Duty: The customer is legally required to check the delivered package immediately upon receipt for completeness, leakage, or anomalies.
  • 48-Hour Reporting Window: Any transit damages, burst cans, severe leakages, short-shipments, or incorrect flavor profiles must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of package delivery.
  • How to Open a Claim: Please email hello@drinkguut.com within the 48-hour window. Your claim email must include:
    • Your official Web Order Number
    • A detailed description of the structural damage or defect
    • Clear, unedited photographic evidence showcasing the damaged cans, the internal box layout, or the delivery note.

9. Verification & Resolution Procedures

  • Once your claim data is submitted, our quality management team will review the parameters. If verified and approved, we will promptly coordinate a free replacement package of your ordered flavors to be dispatched to your address, or issue a corresponding store credit/refund at our discretion.
  • Return of Goods for Testing: If our compliance team requests the physical return of a batch for quality testing, the return is initially executed at the customer's risk and expense. The items must be sent back in their original packaging box, complete with all remaining accessories, along with the original delivery note and a detailed written description of the reported defects.
  • Unfounded Claims: If, during our physical inspection of the returned items, it is determined that the products have no detectable manufacturing faults, or that the structural integrity of the cans was compromised due to improper storage, drop damage, or handling by the customer after delivery, Smart Beverages AG reserves the right to deny the claim and invoice the customer for the administrative expenses incurred during testing, return transport, or disposal.

10. Subscription Order Cancellations & Email Confirmation

  • To successfully halt a recurring automated order cycle, subscription adjustments, skips, or cancellations must be fully completed through your web customer portal account or received via a direct written email notification at hello@drinkguut.com at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled automated billing date.
  • If a cancellation request is submitted via email, it must be sent from the email address associated with the active subscription to ensure verification. Once an individual subscription order has transitioned into our active fulfillment carrier workflow, it can no longer be modified, canceled, or refunded.
  • Mandatory Confirmation Notice: Upon processing an email cancellation request, Smart Beverages AG will explicitly reply to the customer with an official confirmation and administrative approval email. This email will explicitly state and confirm:
    • The exact date the subscription originally started.
    • The final subscription end date (billing and delivery termination date).
    • Our official administrative approval and date of execution.
